We are presently seeking a Marketing Executive to help drive the development of an exciting growing company. The successful candidate will be based at their Liverpool City Centre offices. They have an enjoyable and personable team on site and offer a dynamic and fast moving working environment.

Working closely with the Managing Director and his team, there is an element of blank canvas here, so you can really ‘make it your own’ and really be part of something special.

Skills & Attributes Required
Update social media feeds daily targeting core client individuals and groups.
Ensure social media followership aligns with key client contacts within the CRM System.
Target and engage with notable influences across the social media platforms.
Write and publish project case studies.
Visit the sites and post any news stories or progress milestones.
Organise thought leadership round table discussion events in each region around England and Wales in collaboration with Business Development Managers.
Organise client engagement days in each region across England and Wales.
Work with partners to develop marketing material by sector (Education, Healthcare, Leisure).
Work with contractor social value activates and ensure they are captured, and the news stories posted to relevant social media platforms.
Attend key external events / be the conduit for other team members attendance, and report outputs and attendance via relevant social media platforms.

Requirements
Experience within the construction / professional services / property sector
InDesign and Photoshop experience essential
Full UK Driving Licence
