ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT / CUSTOMER SERVICE, 12 MONTH INITIAL CONTRACT WITH SIGNIFICANT OPPORTUNITES TO STAY LONGER TERM (BASINGSTOKE, PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY): £12-15 PER HOUR. WORLD LEADING MULTINATIONAL COMPANY, FANTASTIC WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND ROLE

We are presently seeking an Administration Assistant for an initial 12 month contract, but if the candidate performs well it is likely to lead to longer term opportunities.
The primary function of this role is to deliver exceptional administrative support to the busy Local Customer Meetings Services Team (CMS). This role would suit a Customer Focused Individual. You should be keen and able to support the Exceptional Customer Experiences.
Partner with ROI Customer Meetings Services
Support and Management of key compliance tasks out of scope of CMS Cork including Independent Meetings, Invitations and Approval
Management of out of scope contracts i.e. Non HCP contracts
Support for HCO Purchase Orders capture and process
Complete the ICO billing process
Provide ToV support to ensure correct reporting in the Mercury tool
Understand and support compliance requirements in relation to customer meetings
High standard of record and retention of meeting related documents
Escalate compliance queries to Local CMS Associate
Proactively address concerns with direct supervisor to ensure quick resolution
Establish and maintain internal partnerships with Ethics and Compliance, Finance and Procurement where applicable
Be responsive to audit readiness, quality and compliance requests
Attend Ethics and Compliance training and updates as required

Strong understanding of compliance requirements in relation to customer meetings
Well organised self-starter able to prioritise own workload with minimal supervision
Administrative skills and attention to detail with high quality output
Open minded and able to embrace change
Ability to balance high volume workload and multi task
Ability to remain focused with repetitive workload
Customer Focused experience including multi-tasking and self-management of priority setting, whilst working calmly under pressure in a very busy team environment
Strong communication skills with ability to build good rapport with customers over the phone
High energy, drive and enthusiasm to deliver excellent results
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong Team Player
Knowledge of working within corporate guidelines or within a regulated industry would also be advantageous
