I submitted my CV into Dilectus after responding to an online advert on a well-known recruitment site, Leo then contacted me about a different role he was recruiting for as he thought my CV matched the companies requirements. Throughout the process Leo kept me informed continuously, as well as offering advice and reassurance when attending interviews.
